Online Purchases are accepted for credit or exchange only in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 15 days after delivery date/invoice date, accompanied by the original sales invoice, diamond/jewelry certificate. For special circumstances, our Returns Manager will assign an RA number.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item and collateral material will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Any diamond ring Re-Sizing will not be refunded or exchanged and all warranty will be void. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return.
Please make sure to securely package and fully insure any returns along with original sales invoice and packaging materials. Return packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in Transit.
We are not responsible and will not warrantee diamonds that have fallen out of mountings due to sizing or everyday use. We will repair for a nominal charge.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION - an (R.A. #) must be assigned before sending any returns or exchanges. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE UPON APPROVAL.
Any merchandise sent to Keya Jewelry for a return/exchange, not accompanying R.A. #, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Obtaining R.A. # does not automatically define approval of a return/exchange. The merchandise will be evaluated for approval status once received.
